Anyway to monitor Vram usage in games?

I know I can minimize and check GPU-Z, but I would rather have the information in the game. Is there anyway to get something like the Fraps framerate except showing Vram usage?

Download Afterburner Software. Go to OSD settings. Enjoy

http://downloads.guru3d.com/-MSI-Afterburner-2.2.0-Beta-7-download-2781.html

Edit: It's actually under "Monitoring"

I use afterburner, I have a second screen so I just set it over there and glance at it.

I believe you can set it up so it displays on screen.
