Athlon II 620 running stable at 3.25 GHz- Am I doin it rite?

Thanks in advance for looking this over.
I tried to lurk a little before I posted, but I guess I really can't help myself. Based on threads I found here, I changed the following settings on my ASUS M4N78 Pro:

CPU multiplier set to 13
FSB set from 200 to 250
Voltage set to 1.375

This configuration has run Prime95's type three blended torture test for 10 hours with no stability issues.

Basically, my question is, am I missing anything? Is there more I should do to check the stability of the system? Can I get more speed out of this or am I pushing my limits already? I appreciate your time- I know I still have a lot to learn.

I was able to get my 630 up to 3.5-3.6. If you're 10 hours stable why not push it a little more. Think I had voltage at 1.4 and it was stable.

Thanks again for stopping in, guys. I feel a little more confident.

I set:

FSB= 270 - instant BSOD- Windows drivers load but the OS bluescreens before it even boots

FSB= 260- System BSOD after two minutes of Prime95

FSB= 255- stable so far

Is this all I'm going to get? 13 is the maximum multiplier for my CPU. Could my RAM be the weak point? It's 1* 2GB chip and 3* 1 GB chips, all from different manufacturers. Is there some way to normalize the timings or something? I'm sorry, I understand the relationship between the FSB and the CPU, but RAM timings and latency are still a mystery to me. I know this forum has a lot of noob guides stickied- where should I start?
