i5 760 OC Prime95 Freezes

Hey guys! Recently started overclocking my i5 760 (with Hyper 212+ on a GA-H55M-D2H with 8GB DDR3 2x4GB 1333 RAM)
For some reason, my Prime95 hangs my computer after a few minutes, it just freezes. I am forced to shut off the PC from the power. Don't understand why this is happening.
I'm at 3.46Ghz (from 2.8Ghz) and I don't know what the problem is.
I'll post some of my settings.

------------------

Clock Ratio: 21x
Base Clock: 165
System Memory Multiplier: 8
QPI Clock Ratio: x32

Performance Enhance: Standard
DRAM Timing: Auto

CPU VCore: 1.15V
QPI/VVT: AUTO
PCH Core: AUTO
CPU PLL: AUTO
DRAM Voltage: AUTO
DRAM Termination: AUTO

and some of the status stuff...
QPI Frequency: 5281Mhz
Memory Frequency: 1320Mhz (Not far off the 1333 of the RAM)
Uncore Frequency: 2640Mhz

-------------------

Hope you guys can help!
Thanks!

Yeah, it freezes because of an unstable overclock.

Bump your Vcore to 1.20v then carry on increasing it until it's stable. You've forced a 3.5Ghz OC without increasing vcore.

Comps

Ok, Thanks, i'll give it a try.
By the way, I actually had my Voltage on AUTO, and the first time it froze, I decided to actually set it to something - I think I might've set it too low. Testing now...

1.2 should be more than reasonable. I can get my i7 on 3.8 at 1.22v

I'm running my i5 760 at 4.2 which seems to be about peak for these chips, running at about 1.35v maybe these chips shouldn't hit above 1.4v iirc

You're running the H70, he's got the CM 212 hyper, Don't get me wrong it's a fine cooler, but you've got a far superior cooler.

Most of the quick stability tests passed fine, I'm still yet to run Prime for a while... but I was simply browsing YouTube, and the whole computer just hung, just froze - so random, I thought a Very High Intel Burn Test would do something, it didn't, but doing something else froze the comp.
