So basically, its similar to Gigabyte and their SOC cards which generally have a 12phase design, LEDs on the back and proadlizers and voltage read points.
You shouldn't presume things. I was hoping someone would leave a legitimate and smart reply. Yea I read the source article and saw it had leds on it which goes with my statement I made I agree it looks more neat. I also said I don't see a difference in cooling or performace. My PCS+ has 4x8 copper heat pipes too, is two slot, and has 2 92mm fans also so I don't see how the devil 13 will run cooler. I don't see how the devil 13 will be any better in performance either. My PCS+ will overclock higher and outperform the R6970 Lightning which uses an 18 phase vrm so who cares about more phases. People think more phases automatically means higher peformance and better overclocks which is not true as I just gave an example. And using proadlizer capacitors is definitely good but again I don't see them making the performance any better or making the devil 13 more stable than my pcs+. My pcs+ are perfectly stable and get good at overclocking. I have read a lot of reviews and I also had asus 6970 reference and my buddy has the R6970 Lightning and I haven't read about or seen a 6970 that ovetclocks as high as the pcs+ and also stays as cool and quiet. I love how quiet they are. I wish powercolor would have came out with something a little more innovative. The Devil 13 seems like a pcs+ with a new shroud and leds and a few other gimmicks to give the pcs+ a new look. I love how the devil looks awesome and I bet it performs awesome but again it seems just like my pcs+ except some things that don't matter too much. I wish they would have came out with the 6970x2 or the 6870x2.
