I have the Nexus S which is the same deal, no SD card but 16gigs of music.

I've got the Google Music Beta so i've basically got all 20 gigs of music ready on my phone without taking up any space.

To be honest, for me, 16 gigs is way more than enough
what if you're in a place without 2G/3G/4G and Wifi? then you wouldn't have access to your music; a micro SD is incredibly useful IMO

It is useful for sure. Kind of lame it doesn't have one. But for me 16gb is more then enough. I don't need all my music on my phone at one time anyways.

Someone said to protect against rooting. That may be a good point. I wonder if you can wipe the phone without wiping the internal storage.

I dunno. I think it's kind of unfair for us to take a step backwards with the lack of no memory card slot. I mean, there are huge SD cards out there and I want to stick the biggest one in there and never have to worry about local storage again. Fact is, you can only put 16 GB of stuff on that phone until you run out of space. 16 GB! That's like, NOTHING! Considering that a lot of the stuff you put on your phone has its own caches and storage for apps and what not, you can run out pretty quick.

Just my two cents. I think it's a step backward. Either that, or Verizon mandate.

I agree, this is one of the things I have always hated about iphones.

From the Android forums:

OK folks... let's keep this low-key. Verizon/Samsung/Google are aware of us and are pressuring vzw employees. This may our last info until the 18th, when all will be revealed.

A special thank you to our "person." We don't want any trouble for you. We're grateful for what you did for us to this point.

SD slot- No

Battery- Bigger than what BGR reports.

That's all I got.

No phandroid article, please.
Oh, and here's some more info:

This. I'm afraid the iPhone 4S 64GB will be my next phone if the Nexus Prime doesn't include an SD card slot. I'm quite disappointed!
