nooo its not a bug lol. its something called reverb. It creats a kareoke effects when u talk or sing. It generally makes u sound better. i just asked someone and they told me its an effect from their soundcard.

I aware of what reverb is. I produce electronic music as a hobby and have all sorts of equipment that can make reverb. I just don't see why you would want it while talking over a mic.

maybe they used a mixer with effects built-in. or an audio interface/preamp with software effects built-in.

but if you really want, get audio card for $50 and play around with chipmunk effect or other silly stuff, i personally like female to male with my creative, makes janis joplin sound like mark knopfler
i really see no use for it while talking to somebody over mic

oh it's one of those online chatting software where people sing or listen to good singers sing. Reverb effect makes it feel like u're in kareoke, it just sounds better.
