EVGA GTX 580 Possible Artifacting

Thread Starter
Got a new computer a couple of days ago with 2 EVGA GTX 580's SLI'ed. Last night green dots started to appear on my monitor. First switched out the HDMI cord to the monitor which fixed it for a little while but as I started using more graphic intensive applications the green dots came back. Specs are:

Case: ThermalTake Chaser MK-1 with max fans
Motherboard: G1.Sniper Intel X58
CPU: i-980 3.33 Ghz overclocked to 4.0 Ghz
RAM: 24G Corsair Vengeance
PSU: 1000W Coolermaster Silent Pro
Graphics Cards: Dual EVGA GTX 580's Factory Overclocked and SLI'ed
Cooling: Xtreme Hydro Liquid Cooling Kit 240mm with dual fans
HD1: 256GB Crucial M4 SSD
HD2: 1TB Sata
HD Cooling: Vigor iSurf HD Cooling System
Monitor: Samsung 27" A550H LCD

Things I've tried:
Replaced monitor HDMI cord - went away for awhile but returned during graphic intensive applications
Reinstalled drivers - problem unchanged
Used different monitor - problem goes away (haven't tried more graphic intensive applications with different monitor)

Left to try:
Re-seating both graphics cards
Roll back drivers

Anyone have any suggestions or thoughts on what might be causing this?

Thanks!

when i overclocked my memory clock i got the same thing... try down-clocking your memory clock using afterburner.
