It probably would. I took advice from guys in the know. I was told to have more watts than you need and never stress your psu. Just my two pennies worth.

Unless his system draw around 750w from the wall, which highly unlikely he won't be stressing the PSU.

Listen to Two Cables, the guy knows his stuff. To the guy who is posting that everything is made by Seasonic, sorry that's not true. My hx750 is not a Seasonic unit neither are all Xfx, in fact only a few by Corsair and Xfx are. They are some of the higher end units as well. Seasonic, Corsair, Antec something in the 650-750 watt range will more than suit your needs OP. Also check out jonnyguru.com. Pretty much the go to for PSU info outside of OCN, might help ya.
