This simply comes from people not understand laws and their constitutions.
Which part of the following is hard to understand?
(15) “United States†means—
(A) a Federal corporation;
(B) an agency, department, commission, board, or other entity of the United States; or
(C) an instrumentality of the United States.
The US, and nearly all countries, are not nations. They are corporations. You see the name of a country in bold on your passport? It's not a country, it's a company, as only company's names are in bold. Countries names are not in bold, only the first letters are in bold. E.g. the United States of America was changed to THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA. This is such a simple thing to understand but either it's ignored, not taught or swept under the carpet, with so many believing their governments care for them. If governments cared they'd have banished lobbying.
Fascism? We are living it and most people wanted it, demanded it. You think most people are against this ruling? Most people, even on these boards don't understand and want rules and regulations like this because they believe it's fair. This is what Mussolini envisaged and he's finally got it.
I have used the US as an example, because it's the easiest to understand but there's no difference between the US, GERMANY, DENMARK, RUSSIA, CHINA or GHANA. It is only our perception and the delusion that we live in a better world. I am glad those foolish idea's are being shattered by those marching in NYC, Manchester, Athens, Madrid and elsewhere.
