Not 100% accurate but it gives you an idea. (Ignore the false positive if you use a virus scanner)

3.0 hits negative acceleration at 1.55m/s or 61 IPS @ 250+hz on a Steelseries Qck according to sujoy's hardware testing.

Deathadder 3G V2

So basicly, if I use higher DPI, I will have less neg. acc?

EDIT :

2.37m/s@1000hz

Good?

If you will raise your sensitivity in-game, the chances for reaching the max speed that the sensor can tracks flawlessly decreases.
The reason is very simple - when your in-game sensitivity is higher, your actual-mouse movement is becomes lower.

I basicly use very low sensetivity when I play games(About 10% always, sometimes 1)

Even with an extremely low sensitivity 2.37m/s perfect control should be enough for almost everyone.
