Welcome Frosty,

perhaps you should list what your other components are and what your main usage will be. Budget, monitor and res...

I say the 570, I owned two 6970's and both were RMA'ed. Im not sold on the Cayman chips.

Meanwile, the 570 series keeps chugging along and for a little more you can buy a 580. Zotac has some awesome pricing.

really depends on what games your going to be playing. im pretty sure that the HD6970 and GTX 570 are about the same performance. only way youll get an advantage in games is through Nvidia's PhysX but as i said, depends on the games your going to play.

also depends on what your other parts are going to be, if your planning on doing a AMD build and your board wont support SLi then i would not get a Nvidia card.

its a tough question since both are really good cards and very capable at playing any game you throw at them but we really need more information on what games you would want to play and what other parts your going to use.

570 because nvidia has better drivers IMO. Your build looks good but I wouldn't use a raidmax psu personally.

850 watt is too much, get a good 650 made by Antec or Corsair.

I could get a 650W PSU, and a mid tower case. If I change that and some other stuff, I could get an 580.

Do you think I should?
