Hey your ambients are very high,
It seems pretty reasonable considering your ambient is 32c. It's actually pretty normal for core temps to be above 10c of your ambient, which is your case.
Most people on OCN is giving their temps with ambient around 22-26c which is almost 10c lower than your ambient
In addition your scythe gentle typhoons have you tried here?

This is probably one of the best if not the best fan in terms of performance/noise ratio.

It's $15 US dollars on that site, im not sure how much shipping will cost to brazil..

Aw thanks for the suggestion, but I've already ordered the akasa viper ones, and as far as I know there's no such biiiig difference between those 2 fans considering that if this store ships to Brazil, the minimum I'll have to pay for shipping would be extra 20$ and each fan would be taxed 100% by Brazilian's government :S

Update: forgot what I said about the overclock testing, on the 2nd testing, the temps got to 80ºC in 5mins (REALLY don't know why, since on 1st time they were just fine for 10x testing) and I set the clocks and voltages back to stock :/

Oh and I didn't know that people who are getting cpu temps on 28-29 are getting ambient temps like 20-22... Yeah man, it's gonna be a long summer in Brazil :s hahahah

Edit: Just switched my ordered 2 akasa vipers for 3 coolermaster R4 (the ones with 90cfm) for having better cfm with better dBA, I'm also going to change the left side panel fan for a R4

Don't know if you have made any progress in a week, but one suggestion I have would be to make sure your pump is tightened all the way down. I was pretty afraid to break plastic when I did mine, and tightened it like twice more, temps got better each time.

Also if those big fans in your case are pulling air out, I would keep the rad fans pulling in. With the big fans pulling out, it doesn't leave much air for the rad fans to use with the exhaust setup. I have mine exhausting but I have a powerful fan directly above it pushing air in for the rad fans to use.

and that's my week late 2 cents
