Need a new motherboard

When i first put together my system, my knowledge of computers was minimal. All i knew was that i wanted to play some games, and ended up getting a gigabyte 880GM-UD2H. Recently i have been looking into overclocking and SLI setups, and through this process found that my board does not support SLI for 560 Tis (as they take up 2 pci slots) nor was it safe to overclock my phenom II with 4+1 VRM and no heatsink, as well as known failures. I am on the hunt for a motherboard that will 1: fit in my case XD http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811133094
2: supports 2xGTX 560 Ti in SLI.
3: has an 8+2 VRM with some heatsinks/cooling
4: is a well known motherboard to overclock with.
i am still a hardware noob, but i feel the people here can help me find what i am looking for smile.gif

EDIT: price is not an issue, but under $250 would be nice

that looks pretty good, though it may have one problem. my sound blaster uses the pci-e slot, and it looks like that heatsync will block off my card.

^ You can put that card on the bottom-most PCI-E 16x slot if you can't use the 1x slot.

I would take a hard look at the M5A99X Evo board.... amazing quality, good price, great bios. I just picked mine up and love it.
