That's exactly what I am doing at the moment, anything plugged in USB vise is from my front panel. Problem still persists. I have cleared the cmos from the outside back, didn't do anything.

also be sure that you plugged in you usb headers properly before you get all tangled up in software

If you have a PS/2 adapter for your keyboard, have you tried using that to go into the BIOS and fiddling with USB settings? (Legacy Support in particular...)

Flashed to 1.00 everything is working perfect now, even the mouse is working in UEFI. I guess 1.10 is a little buggy

For some, yes... it fixed my mouse in UEFI, which didn't work with BIOS 1.0. :/

Sorry really newb question as this is my first build ever.
I just bought the same Mobo and i'm having the 0d problem that occurs when i plug my keyboard and mouse as well. Hell i even have the same mouse and keyboard as you mx518/blackwidow.
