Getting no video with ASROCK mobo

I just put together my computer, but it has been a long time since my last build so I might as well be a noob with this.
I am using an ASROCK P67 Extreme4 Gen3 motherboard, and a HIS IceQ 6950 2gb video card. I also am using a 850W PSU, and have my HDD and CD-Rom drives connected to SATA 3 ports.
Once the computer has been on for about 10 seconds the motherboard LED displays 'A3', which translates to 'IDE Enable'.
Connected to the video card through an HDMI cable is a 23" Asus LED monitor. I tried connecting the monitor with the VGA and DVI cables before doing the HDMI, but am getting no difference btween the three, the monitor simply displays "VGA NO SIGNAL" after doing its Asus boot screen.
I've just spent the last 4 hours putting this together and am ready to actually use my computer, any help would be appreciated.

Nevermind, I just managed to get a loading screen displaying my hardware. On to installing drivers and Windows
