95 is high and I would not take it too lightly, but it is not fatal. The fans running at 100 percent are not a problem either but i would consider the Acrtic Brand coolers for your graphics card cooling solution. They are very efficent, quiet, and very nice looking as well..

For a tri-fire? Every heatsink uses 3 slots and needs almost 4 for work corretly.

I think that the best heatsink for Tri-Fire or Tri-SLI is the reference one.
