Well, where to begin.
Reservoirs were custom ordered on the 7th, gave you a discount and free shipping since you bought two. After deciding on the color configuration you wanted a week after the order was placed, we special ordered the 1/4 blood red acrylic from our distributor, and was given a delivery date of Friday the 20th, so we said a Mon 24th shipment would be possible. The acrylic did not arrive in time, and arrived on the 27th. As I had told you, last week I was extremely sick and despite being sick I was still trying to things managed and taken care of but could only do so much. So we cut the rod that had arrived and took it home to heat form over the weekend.
Now I live in eastern PA...we had a snowstorm, that took out power for days. We got power back at home on Monday. So I got them bent, worked on everything, got them finished today, sent pictures, offered overnight shipping, and still I'm getting hammered with emails from you asking for a ton of different product shots to ensure its to spec. Which is fine, I don't have a problem with people being concerned over custom order accuracy, apart from being told I'm ignoring you and offering terrible customer service because I took a half an hour to respond (which, I was going to pick up food for the family).
This is the second time you've done this David, the last time an order got delayed because you were unclear on extremely specific port configurations and you returned them because the ports were wrong. Despite trying to help and offer overnight shipping to correct the problem once you provided an accurate port diagram you demanded more and more and still filed a claim.
So if you want them, that's fine, they are finished and exactly to spec. I'll overnight them, and they have a 1 year full coverage warranty. If somethings wrong, they get replaced no questions asked. Otherwise, I'll refund you. I wouldn't care about waiting on the paypal claim if you had not done this to me before.
Your call, I'm here to help.
