Ok im finishing a new build. What you see in my sig is what im working with so far.
I haven't ordered my motherboard, cpu or psu. But the rest I have.
Im looking for a psu that can power everything an wont kill itself trying.
Here is what all ill need to power when all is said an done.
I was thinking of getting two 850w psu's but im notsure.

Motherboard will be CHV or ud5/7
Cpu 1100T or FX8150
Gpus going to play with both tri sli 280s an quad sli 295s.
Have a 2 rasa360 kits with a extra D4 pump an adding GPU blocks.
Fans there are going to be 20 120mmit yateloons 4 hard drives an 2 optical drives.

So what will I need to get by?

I was going to buy this one but not sure now.

That 950W PC P&C will largely suffice and would provide a decent headroom for overclocking. A decent 850W PSU would surely run everything at stock, 950W adds some margin.

maybe a 1000w 80 plus for efficiency and headroom, especially if you intend on overclocking the hejeebus out of that FX.

I think that a 1000W PSU would be more or less the sweet spot. I would go for this one, as it offers very high quality at a reasonable price point: OCZ ZX 1000w
