[HH] Corsair H100 vs H80 vs 920

A few months back Corsair and Antec both released new high performance liquid coolers and in the process gave enthusiasts a tough decision on which to buy. In our review the CoolIT co-designed H80 from Corsair just outperformed the Antec/Asetek based Kühler 920 and so for those looking for the lowest temperatures that would seem the obvious choice.

Never a company to rest on their laurels Corsair were not happy with just being a degree or two cooler, they wanted more and so a new product hit the market a month or so ago. The H100 is the new high end model in Corsairs Hydro range of liquid coolers and today we put it head to head with the H80 and Antec 920 to see how each compare.

Nice read. It's about time someone has reviewed all 3 of them.

Nice to know! Wish there was a easy way to mount the Antec 1200 i had if i ever wanted to order it but there's no way unless i do a mod on the top which i don't wanna do. I don't even wanna get a new case. Until then i'm gonna wait til someone out there finds a way.

It would have been better if they compared decibels and cooling at different rpms (1000/1500/2000+ rpm).

A 3c rise going from stock to 5.2GHz/1.5v? I dunno about that.

You could always get the 1200 and mount Antec's 200mm radiator.

you can put the 240 rad on the back.... all you have to do is change the fan spacing.....

you have to drill and modify the holes for the fans or get some funky rad box to externally mount a 240mm rad. The 1200 is an overall outdated and not user friendly. It's worth it to buy a new case to save yourself some headaches trying to mount any of the coolers reviewed. The money I spent on my 922 was plenty worth it.

It was about a 30c raise. That was max fan settings.
