Appraise my Sig Rig Please

Thread Starter
A buddy of mine wants to buy my rig, I want to sell it to him for a good price... not lose out too much and not over-charge him.

Thanks in advance!

EDIT: I will not be including the optical drives or the monitor. Everything else will be sold to him.

i'd say somewhere around ~$800
which would be a good price for him considering you usually spend about that on pre-built PCs

$650 is a good deal for a friend. $700 to a stranger.

I may just be a cheap @$$, but I would have to say less. My quick breakdown off the top of my head would be this.

CPU $90
MB $100
Memory (?? not sure how much you have total) $40??
GPU $150ish
PSU $50
Case $50
HD $40
Cooling/OS $150

So roughly $650. That all depending on if you are keeping your OS or sending it with the PC. I always go a little on the less expensive side with friends as you know it can get touchy if something happens and such. Just make sure they know how good the deal is and if anything happens/breaks, you aren't the one fixing (paying) it. Warranty or out of their pocket.

That is just me though.
Last March I sold a friend an pc with the following;
i5-750, Venomous X, 3x 250g F3 HD, 1TB F1 HD, Vapor X 5870, 8g G.Skill Eco 1600 RAM, Lian Li KC-62 case, and an HX 750

All for $700. Just for reference as to how I price for friends.

Hope this helps,
§

$700 sounds about right for a stranger, cut it down about $650 for a friend.
