Unlocking shaders w/ HIS IceQ 6950 2GB

Thread Starter
Is this possible with this model of the card by flashing bios to a version that has the shaders unlocked but still remaining 6950?

I believe GPU-Z still lists your card as a 6950 just with the same number of shaders as a 6970. Dont quote me on that though.
