Gigabyte RMA?

How slow is gigabyte RMA? Its been a full week and I haven't been given an RMA number to send a card to them.

Eh typical of most companies, usually takes 5 - 7 days for them to get around to your inquiry as they have many people submitting. After that it will take ~ 2 - 3 weeks to get the device you are sending in back which is why I typically request an advanced RMA.

6 months for a GTX580 in Spain... Though honestly it was actually the retailers fault, not Gigabytes, but still...
