Vcore problem on Asrock P67 Extreme 4 rev 3B

Hi,

i noticed there is a problem with setting up manual Vcore value on this MB. So i found out that CPU runs stable on 1.165V setup in BIOS and on that voltage it generates less heat then with all settings on auto. But now here comes the strange part. When i power on computer, even tho i did setup 1.165V in BIOS to be my Vcore valute MB puts 1.36V i don't know from where and it doesn't change (lodal line calibration is on level 1). In order to get back my 1.165V i need to do following:
1) Enter bios
2) Change Vcore to any other differenet value from 1.165V
3) Save settings and Exit - this here accepts and sets the value i've slected
4) Go back to bios and put the value of 1.165V
5) Save and exit

Now i have the wanted voltage and this is the procedure i need to do every time when i power on the computer. Other then that if my computer with 1.165V goes to sleep in Windows, after it wakes up from sleep Vcore jumps to 1.36V and i can not do anything about it. Only solution is to shut down computer and repeat 5 steps i described.

Other then that i noticed 1 more issue (beside USB mouse not working):
Fixed Vcore setting of 1.165 V -> 1.168V detected over sensor in BIOS -> everythig runs stable on 4GHz
Offset value of -0.175V -> 1.168V detected over sensor in BIOS -> i can't even boot windows (blue screen or auto reset).

What is this problem about?!

the bios put a small load on the CPU, that is just SVID changing the voltage for the turbo bins. Disable turbo.

Well i can't, there is no option for that with settings i have now.

Btw i have same problem when CPU is on stock clock and manual (fixed) Vcore.
