Will the Xonar DX power a pair of Denon AH-D2000s?

Wondering how the xonar dx will fare with powering these headphones. I'm seeing the d2000s are listed at 25ohms requirement.

I am really tossing around the idea of picking up the d2000 after having my Audio Technica ad700 for over a year and missing the sound of full bass.

**Edit**
I'll find out soon enough. Found the D2000s at electronic expos for less than $200 and picked them up Just to think that 3 hours ago I had never heard of these cans.

Yes, even an iPod could power them. You won't see a drastic improvement with a dac/amp but it will be there. I'd say, grab the D2000's now and buy a $100 amp down the line if you're not satisfied.

I was reading on Amazon and someone was saying the d2000s are low sensitivity. What does this mean exactly?

Low sensitivity means you need more power to drive to the same volume as a headphone that is high sensitivity.

The D2000 will benefit from a good amplifier and is pretty overkill for a Xonar DX. Also, the D2000 isn't the only option that will give you good bass while maintaining good sound quality.
