Cpu upgrade question

Can somebody tell me if this cpu upgrade is worth it and if it will fit? I have an E4600 dual core running at 2.4ghz (2M L2 Cache, 2.40 GHz, 800 MHz FSB). I was looking at upgrading to the E6700 2.66ghz (4M Cache, 2.66 GHz, 1066 MHz FSB). Is the extra cache and small ghz increase worth it for $50.00. Also, will my board hold it, here is my board specs. Does the different front side bus speed matter? thanks, I was wanting a bit more performance in games with my new video card, a gtx 460, until I buy a whole new pc. The benchmarks I was looking at show that this cpu would give me about 10-15 more fps in games, I guess due to the increased cache size maybe. Does that sound about right? Thanks

FSB is how fast CPU and RAM/PCIe communicate with each other. It wouldn't matter to you in this case seeing you are using slower DDR2.

Cache will improve your performance, but probably not as much as you would hope for.

Honestly just save up and replace your computer when you have some serious funds.
