Monitor my network?

Is there any software that will allow me to monitor my network? Like, is there a way I can see how much data each computer connected to my internet is using?

I have used bandwidth monitor (www.bwmonitor.com (free trial)).. pretty useful if your internet is capped, or if your just curious and want to see how much you download/upload.. A free one that I have never used before is www.rokario.com/. You have to install these programs on each pc separately.

Setup a wireshark box and make all the traffic go through it in a bridge, then you will see everything.

Thanks, that's what I'm looking for.

edit: I just looked through it and it seems a bit complicated, I don't know if I could set something up like that..
