Buying a laptop, Help me out OCN !

I used the sticky format so... Wall of text.

1. What is your maximum budget?

$1000-$1200 lower is better but I can stretch it to 1200

2. What country are you in?

U.S

3. What will be the uses of this laptop?

Mobile gaming, web browsing, photo shop.

4. Do you have brand loyalty or care which brands we select for you?

What ever will serve me best. I do like fancy looks though.

5. What screen size do you require?

Doesn't have to be too big I guess the average is like 15-17″ right? That should be just fine.

6. What screen resolution do you require?

Big is always better. or more pixels, whatever you want to call it.

7. Are you looking to buy NEW or would refurbished/recertified/used be okay?

As I said, what ever serves me best. I do want it to last awhile though.

8. How long should the battery last? (Under optimal conditions, no movies/games/heavy internet)

longer is better but, better hard ware is a little more important to me. It can sacrifice a little for that... not a lot though.

9. What games would you like to play with your laptop? And on what settings?

BF3 Would be nice with like med settings, but really I want it to play GW2 and recent games on at least med

10. What operating system do you need? (if any)

Most of them should come with windows 7 so I'm fine with that.

11. Is there a certain style of laptop you want? (aluminum, black, gaming, etc.)

Not really but I am a sucker for fancy looking things. A lit keyboard would be neat.

12. How much hard drive space do you need?

500g-1TB should be plenty.

13. Do you need any special hardware? (blue ray, webcam, specialty ports, etc.)

Blu-ray would be cool but is not necessary, otherwise no.

14. Is there anything else we need to know?

I don't think so but if you guys have any other questions about anything I'd prefer hit me up !

Also, thanks guys

Well like I said it would be cool, but I know that's a high hope. Like I said GW2 is the real goal here for it.

Dell factory outlet...

Here

I would be looking at the Alienware notebooks. Any of the M17's are great! They all come with the standard 1 year warranty and additional warranty can be purchased directly from dell. No having to deal with 3rd party repair facilities.
