High or low speed fans for my pc case?

Should I use high speed or low speed fans for my HP Workstation case? Which kind lasts longer? And how much less cooling would low speed fans have? (I'm talking about the HP xw4200 at the bottom of my posts)

Is there a fan on the front? From what I'm looking at I only see an outlet fan in the back.

There is just one fan on the back, but that's on the original black HP case. My plan is to move the entire system (Mobo + GPU + HDD) into a different case. This new case takes only two 80mm fans, one in front and one in back. I want to put in two 4 pin fans since the HP motherboard supports 4 pin fans.

This Is the case I will be using.

(Old pic, It's not the HP motherboard or power supply in this case. You get the point.)

80mm fans don't really give too much of a difference if they're high or low speed. The only big difference would be the noise. If you can handle the noise go high speed, if not go low speed.

Same thing with 92mm fans? That's the size of the back fan on the black HP case.

Technically it's just the same thing wherein Higher speed = Higher noise and usually more air is pushed through for almost any kind of fan. Since it's an HP case, I think it would be better if you just get the fan that's most easily accessible to you. Some of the "better" fans in that range are 3-4x the cost with not much realistic gain when you factor in the noise they make.
