when overclocking with an i7(lga1366) processor that is unlocked what will yield better benchmarks a higher blck or just use the multiplier. does is even matter as long as the desired speed is achieved.

The only thing it really matters with is QPI speed and Memory overclocking - if you're at the same QPI and Memory speeds, it won't matter a single bit.

Typically multiplier overclocking is easier to do as it doesn't require adjusting your memory timings, etc. Though you'll want to use BCLK if you want to tune in your memory to optimal overclocked settings.

With benchmarks, every bit counts, though real world usage, those extra couple mhz on your memory o/c won't matter.
