Considering Switching Over to the Dark Side (Water-Cooling) - Need Advice!

Guys,

I updated my rig a couple of times this year (new CPU cooler, went from GTX-590 Quad-SLI to Tri-SLI GTX-580 3GB - now planning to go with 4-way SLI GTX-580 Classified).

I want to be able to use my soundcard and get a couple of PCI-E SSDs to do a RAID0 drive just for games/programs; planning to get the OCZ RevoDrive 3 X2.

The only way I can do this with my current MoBo (Asus P6T7 WS Supercomputer) is to use the Hydro Copper GTX-580 Classifieds since they are single-slot which allows me to have 3 slots open for 2 PCI-E SSDs and one sound card.

I have never done water cooling before and don't know where to start.

As you can see in my sig, my case is the Mountain Mods Ascension CYO which has quite a bit of space for water cooling (rads etc.).

I want to get the best parts for water cooling (CPU block, RAM block, radiators, pumps, reservoirs, tubing, fittings etc.). Price is not a concern so which parts should I get and why? I have seen some pics of rigs you guys have posted with the EK blocks (in black) and they look incredible; at the same time, performance is top priority for me and then looks.

The other thing is, since I've never done water-cooling before, I want my rig to be built by a dedicated and diligent system builder (or someone who really knows what they are doing). I am especially concerned about the wire management and cable sleeving as I want to have them done professionally. I noticed that the MDPC sleeving is the best but when I went on their website, they only sell the sleeves and not the finished cables. Where can I get finished MDPC sleeved cables for all the parts? If they are not easily available, I would like to buy it from someone who can do it (have seen some sleeving experts on the forum right here).

So, to recap, two things:

1.) I want to get the best parts for my water-cooling rig - so please list them out (price is not a concern)

2.) I want to have my rig built/put together professionally including sleeved cables.

For question #2, is there someone local in the Bay Area, CA that can do this for me? I am obviously willing to pay for their services but I need to finish this build before BF3 is released!

If an individual on this forum, who has experience building water-cooling rigs with excellent quality and cable management, please PM me. If there are "shops" in the Bay Area I can take the parts to and say, "Put this together for me", please let me know what shops those are.

First things first, I need the parts and sleeved cables. So any advice and help in all of this is appreciated.

Can you pay for flights?

Well... I at least formulate a list..

Can you maybe post a pic of the case, since MM come in all different configs?

Rad
Two RX360s since you can use some low rmp fans in push pull.

Pump
Laing d5, or two in serial if you like.
