How do you guys think I'm doing?

Does this all look safe?

Main question here:
Is it a bad idea to go over 100W on a motherboard that says it supports "100W APU"?

This may seem like a noob thing, but I haven't OC'd my CPU since my dual core, which was a year or so ago I think.

EDIT**********
That 127c, faulty sensor. Ain't nothing that hot here.

Yeah that's fine, be careful your mobo doesn't get fried though, VRMs can get very hot during overclocking.

Touch your VRMs while running 3DMark or something. If they're hot proceed no further, if they're warm then you're cleared to proceed.

Very nice overclock indeed.

Oh and that's not a faulty sensor, speedfan is a piece of crap.

VRMs are Voltage Regulating Modules and they are usually to the top or left of the CPU socket. They will be black cubes or cylinders and there will be four of five of them. Basically just big capacitors.

Don't ever use speedfan it is junk. Use HWMonitor and CPU-Z.
