WC for my pc [HELP]

Thread Starter
Hi guys,

I would like to try water cooling, I'm not familiar with this, so I would like to try wc with my current spec. my sig rig, for beginning, simple loop that will include CPU, NB, GPU cooling ... I'm planing upgrade in recent feature, so it would be good that I buy decent parts for wc that I would be able to use, after my upgrade...

for upgrade I was thinking i5 2500K,z68 chipset, 8GB RAM @1600MHz ...

Besides reading this

Suggest me some ideas, solutions and parts for that loop, so I can have something to start with.

Thanks in advance ...

360 rad
koolance 370(best looking), ek supreme hf(most expensive), or xspc raystorm(cheapest $63) cpu block
d5 or 655 water pump. and a res that mounts directly to it
alot of people suggest 7/16 tubing with 1/2in barbs, i went with 3/8 tubing/compression fittings and still get amazing cooling
EKoolant clear. has anti corro and bio addatives already mixed in it. and is less than $7 a Liter

Well I didn't define in advance where rad will be, it depends, what rad I decide to get.
I would like to fit it inside, or to attach it to case, case will be modded, but if its too big for that I would make some casing for rad, and for tank and pump to fit. And case will probably still be modded.

What wb for GPU and NB should I consider, and what pump will I need if I plan that my loop contains CPU, GPU & NB ?

im sure you could fit a rad inside of your case, with or without a little modding, i planned to go full custom and attach the rad to the outside, so i went with a monster rad. for a gpu upgrade, not sure specifically about your card, but EK Koolance and Danger den all have full cover water blocks for a variety of GPUs, or you can always look at their universal gpu waterblock(run around $60 for most of them)

THIS may help you find a ek chipset cooler
For a pump I like THESE
and you will need a 360 rad for that set up rule of thumb 120.1 per block
