I have never used the Black Edition. I had one of the original Deathadders and I liked it a lot. I think I like my G5 a little more though because it has a little more customization. I havent really messed with many new mice(?) so I cant really recommend anything. I just recommend staying away from that Inferno unless you get it used for around 15-20 dollars.

I recommend either CM storm spawn or razer deathadder for you since you seem to want the dpi and price around there. The whole black edition thing is preference since it is more for aesthetics and the side material you grip on.

That's a Philips Twin Eye mouse, this sensor is troublesome in many ways, you're best not to bother with it in my opinion. This sensor has a lot of problems that many reviewers don't notice for some reason, such as the z axis issue (very subtle vertical movements such as clicking on a soft pad, are tracked and cause the pointer to move diagonally). If you only play on hard pads and rarely lift the mouse, it might be OK.

On the subject of dpi (technically should be called CPI, even Avago calls it that), it isn't a measure of precision, just sensitivity, and in game it's easy for a mouse that is too sensitive to rob you of precision.

I take it you're looking for a lefty mouse? The lefty Deathadder has the best sensor.
