Once Again My computer Hates me...Help please??

My Build (for Reference)
Intel Core i7-2600k Sandy Bridge
2 Samsung spinpoint 1TB HD's
1 Crucial 128GB SSD
ASUS P8P67 Deluxe
2 ZOTAC GeForce GTX 580 PCI express Ready SLI Support
2 ASUS CD/DVD burner
16 GB G.skill ripjaws
Corsair H100 liquid cooler
Corsair Obsidian 800D

So here is the deal. Last month I got new parts for my very first build ever, I was nervous but confident I could do it. So when the parts got here I started to put them all together fine and dandy. Got suck on some things wasn't too sure about others, but people here helped me out. I got everything up and running except the sound. I Got alot of awesome help from you guys but nothing helped. I even had the teamviewer thing going and Tudj couldn't figure it out. We decided it was a motherboard problem. SO I returned the MOBO for a RMA and I also returned the case to get the money back and put it towards a CORSAIR 800D because it is so big and The other one I had was tiny.

So now I had installed windows 7 and allocated all of my drives and everything split them all up, installed windows 7 on my SSD and other programs on my HDD (I will give the names of the products at the end). I was now just waiting for my new Motherboard and New corsair case.

The time came when I got my case and MOBO about a week and a half later. I took everything out and checked it everything looked good so I started to install everything. I already knew where everything went because of all the putting together and taking apart I did before so it didnt take me very long. This is where some problems start to come up.

THe first thing I noticed was the way the hot swap drive bays are on the Corsair 800D. They look awesome but it just didn't seem like just screwing in my HDD's and SSD into the slots then putting them in would work. The way the Hot swap bays are with the corsair just screamed at me that there would be some kind of malfunction for me. If you haven't seen what the hot swap bays are like they are pretty much exactly like any other HDD placement but it has One general board to plug the SATA connectors and the power up to. So instead of having to attach power to all 3(or however many HDD's you have) you just plug one main power to the back plate and then attach up to 4 of the SATA cables to it, Then plug them into the mobo like you usually do. Here is a link to what it looks like for REF. http://www.corsair.com/blog/upgradin...ata3-backplane

I plugged in my SSD and my two HDD. and then tried booting everything up. When I did that it went Directly to the EZ BOIS that the ASUS p8p67 Deluxe has. I thought this was weird because IF I had already installed windows 7 onto the SSD and Hard drives and everything wouldn't that mean it should just go to the "loading windows" thing then run windows just like normal?

Then I started to mess around with it kind of and decided to just go get my Windows 7 disk and install it again. I put in the disk and boot up from the disk in the BOIS. Now that I think about it I should have seen The HDD's and SSD as a boot option, shouldn't I have? I didn't see any of them there just boot option from the disk. I booted up from the disk and started to do the steps to install and then it came time to pick what drive I wanted to install windows 7 on.

This is where it gets weird. I could see Both of my HDD's and my SSD but it wouldn't let me choose them to install windows 7 on. It wouldnt let me choose any. ALso I thought it was weird that they showed up on the "choose Drive to install windows 7" list But not in the BIOS earlier when I went to boot up from the CD( I guess this could be because the mobo is new and it hadn't recognized the new SSD and HDD's?). Anyways I turned off the computer and went to talk kip, a friend of mine, about this problem. He told me to take out one of my two videocards, the SLI, and to take out the other Two HDD's and keep the SSD in. I did that and the same thing happened only this time when it came to choose a Drive to install windows 7 on there were NO DRIVES AT ALL.

I talked to kip again and kip told me to take out the SSD and connect it directly to the SATA cable and the power for it so I did that. When i did that Windows 7 booted up from the SSD like it was always there with no problem.

SO I guess I am asking if the main problem is the little back plate on the corsair or if maybe it is something else, because I dont understand why there were a few times where it detected the other Drives but then said it couldn't do anything with them.

SOrry for making this such a long drawn out story, But I wanted to make sure I got all the details in. IF anyone has any idea about what is going on or what I can do to fix it PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE help, EIther PM me, reply here or if you have skype you can skype me: Skipps.(there is a period at the end).

I would check all the SATA cable and power connections are properly seated. The backplate might just get in the ways for the SSD and power connection. See if you can adjust the backplate to make a difference.

I Just did a test to see if it was the back plate and I am almost certain it is, this is what I did.
1.screwed SSD into the hard drive tray. Put the tray back in to the hard drive slot.
2. Connected the power source and the SATA cable to the back plate where you connect all the SATA cables up to power the drives.
3. Turned it on, In BIOS nothing showed up under the "boot from" menu.
4. Took out the SSD, Unplugged the power source and SATA cable from back plate.
5. Connected the SATA cable and power DIRECTLY to SSD.
6. booted up, Windows 7 loaded up fine like nothing was wrong.

I then did the same exact thing for my regular Samsung Hard drives, and the same exact thing happened. When it was in the hard drive bay with the back plate as its power source and everything it didn't even show up in the BIO "boot from" options. But WHen I take it out and connect The power and SATA cable Directly to the Samsung HD it shows up in the BIOS under the "boot from" menu...

This will be the second time I will have had to send back this case to newegg... makes me sad... I should send it back for a new one right???

Thoughts? Opinions? advice?

The power and data sockets are bad on the backplate. Replace it.
