To satisfy all you trolls, I've set my sights a little lower. I want to be able to overclock to 5Ghz and keep a stable of 4.5Ghz.

Would say a ASRock Z68 Extreme7 Gen3, ASRock Z68 Fatal1ty Professional Gen3, ASUS P8Z68-Deluxe make it that for?

By the way, I'd rather not go for an mATX. ATX or eATX is what I'd prefer.

I am running at 4.5ghz @ 1.310 vcore 24/7 on a Asus P8P67 PRO B3 without any problems. I took it to 5.0ghz once just for fun and i believe i set the voltage to about 1.45 for that but i didn't try going down so i'm not sure if it would work with a lower vcore ( also i only tested it with prime for about 10 min @ 5.0ghz )

P.S. : for my 4.5ghz overclock i'm using offset voltage so this is even better as my voltage goes down along with with the multi when on idle or browsing/small apps (1.6ghz @ ~ 1.0 vcore)

goodluck

Thank you all for the help. It looks like the Maximus IV looks popular so I'll most likely be going for that.

Thanks again,
Jaidyn
