I went in to Best Buy about 2 weeks ago as I NEEDED a new laptop hard drive and could not wait for shipping and such. I go in and I was looking at the only 7200 RPM drive they had, a Seagate. I was going to be ok with that even though I only trust WD and Samsung, but I was forced to have to get it.... That is until I saw the price. Over $40 more than Newegg. I forced my self to wait. I got a WD Black 500GB 2.5" off Newegg $60 shipped. As apposed to the $140 500GB 2.5" Seagate.

What was even funnier was the fact that a "Guy in Blue" as I call them.. walks over to me asking if he can help me out. I said "Yeah, do you price match with other stores?" and he says "Yeah". So I whip out my phone go to Newegg.com show him the same Seagate drive on Newegg for $69.99. He sees the price and goes "oh sorry we can match online retailers". I looked at him and said "seeya" and walked out. As I was walking out I heard him say "ahole" as I walked out. I turned around and let loose on him. Needless to say I won't be going to that BB.

Edit: Oh yeah, I wonder how Nvidia is going to react to this as they sell their own "Built By Nvidia" cards for Best Buy sale only.
Look I understand why you left thats cool. But by corporate guidelines BB Stores cannot match online only retailers. Simple as that. If ya wanted to bounce fine say thanks anyways instead of see ya the guy is just trying to do his job.

So apparently it is JUST a GTX 560 not a Ti due to the fact the core numbers were different. Makes you wanna contact Best Buy support and tell them they got their information completely wrong on the website. What a rip off. Someone can get in trouble for mislabeling it. I'd call them first thing Monday and i wanna see what they're gonna say

Geek Squad jokes... all I can think of lol. Maybe I should refrain from posting more.

My mom always said, "If you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything at all."
Or... was that Thumpers mom? IDK whatever.

I'm still tempted to go and get it but i don't think it'll be that worth it cuz it's NOT a Ti regardless the website labeling the fact it is? Maybe they do have a GTX 560Ti just not the right 560Ti pictures? Ever thought maybe they have the regular one and the Ti? Theories?

Would anyone wanna go down there and find out? I might as well and see what happens cuz if it turns out not to be a Ti then i'm returning it and telling them their website had the WRONG information. I would demand a refund.

Typical 560Ti cards have 384.

Indeed, Best Buy has some typos to fix.
The 560 is not Ti. (The box doesn't say Ti, so this is a typo.)
The 520 uses GDDR3, not GDDR5.
also the GTX 560 is lower "Core Clock Speed: 865 MHz" VS the normal GTX560TI 880Mhz OC for a few less $$
