NH-D14 in a FT02 with diff color fans

Thread Starter
Looking to use the NH-D14 in my upcoming FT-02B-W build, but those off color fans are really cramping my style. Looking to get some black 120mm or 140mm fans that will fit nicely in the system and provide excellent airflow performance.

Thanks!

Yes. I agree on the fans. Do you look for quite fans or just raw performance ?

Raw performance preferred....The case is fairly quiet as it is, and I want to change out the 120mm/140mm tan? fans with some black ones.

I'm in the middle of fan runs. It looks like having 120mm fans is no worse than 140mm fans in the middle. I'd say go with some Gentle Typhoons or Thermalright FDB or Enermax Magma or Blade Masters (nice PWM fans with rifle bearings) - and decent fans with something other than a sleeve bearing.

Hmm. These are inexpensive BB fans, with inexpensive shipping. Three of them should beat out the stock fans, at about the same noise.
