Thanks Aniket. I assume you didn't read the other posts, but I changed the PSU And nice find on the XFX card, as it also has a rebate. I think I'm going to skip the 560ti and the 6870 and go with that one you linked

Don't beleave others who are against XFX,
I own xfx gtx275 and trust me XFX is a very good brand.
Yeah,don't get anything less than hd6950.
In past I spoiled one of my rig due to cheap psu,
so I bought corsair gs600 & I'm happy with it,but I would ask you to get a bit better like corsair tx650 v2/tx650 m/hx650.

get this psu for $10 more,

First of all change the mobo to a atx one(asus p8p67 pro),
secondly get these three items from newegg,
