Hello people, I had tested my GPU with 3dmark06 and I´m not sure if I Have a bottleneck because I got with standard settings 13360Point on windows7 x64, On Crysis 2 With Directx 11 @Ultra with no Patch for textures , I got 30 to 41 FPS all the time i Overclocked it Sligthly From 751/1502mhz/3600 to 800/1600/3700 and I Got 41/44FPS all the time and with scenes with low activity 51FPS, then I overclocked to 868mhz/1736/4020mhz and I got 44FPS all the time without reduction of FPS neither increase then the game was freezed, And the most strange thing was that I was Testing that OC with EVGA OC scanner during 47 Minuts without artifacts, What do you think?

That just means your OC was unstable. Artifact scanners like EVGA's and OCCT are great, but games can stress your card in different ways.

You can bump up the voltage if you want to push higher or back off your clocks a bit until you're stable again.

what about bottleneck? 13000s Point on 3dmark is too bad, that is the score from a 8800gt , 460GTX has to get 17000/19000

3DM06 is pretty irrelevant as a bench today. AFAIK Nvidia never optimized 400 or 500 series drivers for it.

Try Vantage or 3DM11 instead.

But Why I got low Frame-rate with OC at its limit with Stock vcore?

Because it's unstable. Artifacts, crashes or drops in performance can all indicate an unstable OC. Getting over 800 core on stock voltage is very rare for a 460.

Q8400 at stock? You might see a bit of a bottleneck. Try to get it to 3 GHz.
