Which one of these do you suggest in terms of quality and reliability and which one shouls i avoid?

They are all quite good sticks of RAM. Overall i would suggest the blue corsair vengance ones. They're known to be quite good for overclocking and are available at quite a good price.

i recommend out of those choices the blue vengeance but have you looked at the gskill sniper series ram its pretty sic

Unfortunately G.Skill is not available in my country, that's why i wrote these models.

Just a FYI, I have those same sticks of Corsair 8G 2x4G modules, and I am having no luck OCing them on my system. But, are very stable.
