Overclocking i5 2500k

Thread Starter
Hello

I tried to overclock my i5 2500k to 4.5ghz, Vcore 1.336(offset +0.110V) , after 7 hours of prime i got the message in one of my cores( Rounding was 0.5, expected less than 0.4), does 7 hours is enough to say that my OC is stable? Or which program would be the best to test my OC

Here is my specs:
Intel Core i5-2500K Quad-Core Socket LGA1155, 3.30Ghz, 6MB L3 Cache, 32nm

G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series DDR3 1866MHz (PC3-14900) 8GB (2x4GB) Dual Channel

Corsair Enthusiast Series TX750 V2 80PLUS Bronze Certified 750W Power Supply

ASRock Z68 Extreme3 Gen3 Socket 1155 Intel Z68 Chipset Dual-Channel DDR3 DDR3 2133(OC)/1866(OC)/1600/1333/1066Mhz 2x SATAIII 6.0 Gb/s 2x USB 3.0 ATX

Western Digital Caviar Green (WD20EARS) 2000GB (2TB) SATA 3 Gb/s 64MB

Increase vcore. Stable needs to be at least over 8 hours.
