Was your original board the M4A89GTD PRO, And they replaced it with a M4A89GTDPRO/USB3?

Because apparently the M4A89GTD PRO has better on-board and PCIe capabilities. It can run Crossfire at x8,x8 versus x16, x4 on the USB/3.

So i just plugged in my old 4870 and i checked GPU-z and it shows it running at X8 2.0. Does that mean that my GTX275 is limiting itself? Is this possible, i did flash the BIOs, so maybe its BIOS limited to X4?
