How does the force 3 compare to the m4? Is it worth it?

Crucial M4. I own two of them and I haven't thought of a single con about them yet. Best SSD's out there. I am getting around 500mb/s read speeds on SATA-III.

If you don't just look at paper numbers, you would know that there are issues with the sandforce controller. Not to mention most being with OCZ.

I recommend getting a single big drive instead of 2 small ones. I personally have a 60Gb for Boot and 128Gb for Apps. I only have 15Gb left on my boot drive and I have zero apps on it. Only OS and just tons of random little stuff that HAS to be installed onto your boot drive even though the app is installed on my other SSD.

I'm actually looking to either swap my 128GB into my Boot Drive sometime in the future or just pick up a new and bigger drive.

Sure run a sand force super fast ssd. If you can get it up and stable they have amazing benchmarks and boot times for a few weeks.
