Should I get the hyperv212 plus or the a70. A70 is adding a lot to my rig

Undervolted to 1.32v on my 965 for that.
That`s the main problem, when the cooler goes over the 60% rpm is already really loud.

How long you have to run prime95 to check temps like 1h ?

What you should get is what cools your cpu the best. That will extend it's life while allowing you to overclock the chip better. The A70 is the better pick between the two as it will cool future chips better than the 212+. However, I am not sure if any of this is really needed because you have not done any testing to see what your actual temps are currently.

If you get aftermarket TIM, Shin Etsu or Arctic Cooling MX-4 are 2 of the best. AS5 is still good, but 3-5C worse that those 2 in my personal testing on my cpu and gpu's under water.

Usually a few minutes will heat your CPU up to 1C or 2C within the highest temp it'll reach.

I'm currently testing my 955 at 3.7, but I'm using a Noctua NH-C14
You could get an average OC out of the stock cooler if you're on a 125 or 140W cooler, but it will be loud, and you will be pushing it.

The CoolerMaster 212+ and the Corsair A series are good if you are on a budget, and will get you to 3.6 with relative ease.

I live in spain and is quite hot here for october let`s say around 22º, if u dont mind the loud stock fan i would do few test before order the new fan if you are a bit short on ur budget.

20 min of prime95
@3.2 stock
max temp 56 average 55
@3.6 only changed multiplier to x18
max temp 58 and would prob go a bit higher

And this with the case open, too high for me :/
