I just purchased a Rosewill RSV-S4-6G system from Newegg so I can expand my home media storage. Needless to say I'm not computer expert and the 3 page installation instructions make no sense to me. Plus, it looks as if they where written for XP from long ago. There website offers nothing in terms of a simple setup know how and I've sat on the phone with waiting for someone with there horrible customer support line for 30+ minutes twice now before saying the hell with it. Basically what I have is a PC running Windows 7 64bit. I installed the controller card and purchased a 3TB hard drive to put in this unit. I do NOT want a RAID setup as I'm looking for individual drive storage, ie. Disk :H, :I, :J, and :K wants I fill up the first 3TB I will purchase another 3TB. Anyways, Does anyone know how the hell to get this thing to work? It came with a driver disc, However following the instructions as best as I can make out, The device manager will not pickup or install the driver off the disc even whens it's pointed to it. I really don't want to send this thing back, But when they can make something that a normal user can figure out I might just have too. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!!!!
