What are you all going on about? Dissecting the minutiae of his case and setup will net zero results. ZealotKi11er just said:

Either get the Zalman, or get a new card(s)...it's as simple as that.

As aforementioned, even with excellent airflow, you're only getting to around 93-95C (with fans at 100%).

You stated earlier in this thread that you were willing to go for water cooling, but now picking up a much lower cost VGA cooler is unacceptable?

Regardless, you've already got a HAF X; lock the fan speed to 100% on those cards...that's the best you're going to do without upgrading.

Lets make this simple...

Option 1: Lock fan speed to 100% instead of messing around with stepped settings; you may not like the noise, but that's the price you'll have to pay with this choice.

Option 2: Upgrade your cards with a couple Zalman VGA coolers; massive reduction in temps, and massive drop in noise.

Option 3: Buy new cards.

The decision is yours; choose wisely.

Instead of having the fans run at 100% all the time just set up a fan profile to have the fans run at ~50% (or less) below 60c and 100% above that. This way when the computer is just idling or you are just browsing the web the noise is a lot less, and the cards will still be at a safe temp.
