BOOTMGR is Missing, turns to something else. [Help]

I have a huge problem:

BOOTMGR is Missing
So I put a win7 recovery on a flash drive, and when I turned on my computer, my monitor was in Power Save mode and my keyboard and mouse don't work (no lights on either).

So I decided to clean up the dust that builds up in my case, due to having the side-panel off for a long time. I removed a huge wall of dust in-between my radiator and fan, from the push/pull setup. I also removed a huge ring of dust from my GPU fan area. I continue to turn on my computer, and it starts up normally... but my screen freezes at random times. As in, once it freezes.. I can't do anything... I must press the power button, and when my computer restarts there is a 85% chance it will have my monitor go in to power save and I get no power to my peripherals (my monitor gets power, but doesn't work). And when my computer does start up normal, it freezes up!

Any ideas???

I have an SSD (OS + a game) + SSD (game) + HDD (media). So the OS is on one SSD, and I have a question.

I see four red SATA ports, and lets say I just want to boot up with my SSD (with the OS). Where do I put it? There is two at the top, and two just beneath it. I have no clue if it matters where it goes, but I don't have my manual nor do I feel like removing my motherboard to see which one is the right SATA port and I think the other two are SATA1. Just give me an idea of where it should be, the Top two, or bottom two slots. Also let me know how I can fix my issue. In addition, if I press the CMOS button - what does it do? Does my BIOS Version get reset to it's factory one that it was packaged with?
Furthermore, I have win 7 as a DVD setup, but I want it on my 8GB flash drive.. how do I do it, so I can make it bootable on my flash drive/thumb drive?

Thanks in advance!

are your temps getting pretty high before it quits?

make double sure your hdds are plugged in?
ive always plugged them in order of importants/sata port #

If you press the cmons button im pretty sure it clears your cmos, just make sure your system isnt on when you press it.

but yeah. check your connections, clear cmos and revert to stock clocks and try to pin point the problem.

edit: just google install windows from usb tutorial or something, its pretty simple but when i did it i remembered this site helped: http://wintoflash.com/home/en/

To set up Windows install disc on usb; http://www.overclock.net/windows/799...drive-iso.html

Check all of your video connections and make sure they're not loose. Not sure why your monitor would randomly not get a signal other then maybe a bad cable.

If you want to just boot off of your SSD with OS, all you should need to do is unplug the power from the other drives.

edit: Clearing CMOS will just reset your BIOS settings back to factory preset, It will not change the actual bios version.

Thanks you two, I'll start by trying to find out where my SSD goes. There are four SATA ports, and I think two of them are SATA1 (not sure which to use).

I'm on a MACbook, and I wonder how I can do this. hmm. Someone told me how to format the DVD file. He said put the items in my thumb drive, go to my computer - right click it, and select format and select fat 32 or something like that.. but I'm on a macbook. I suppose I can go on my fathers microsoft laptop, and try it there. For now, I'm going to try out the link and I'll report back and see if it worked.

I don't know if this has to do with heat, but I don't smell anything funky or hear anything over-working. I have turned off my computer improperly SO many times, and have never properly closed it afterwards. So I'm guessing it's a corrupt OS, the loss of power to peripherals is what's confusing me..
