Windows 7 Home Premium 64 Branded?

I have my build parts ordered except Windows 7. I am unclear on the term "branded". Is this a good thing? I was going to get this copy: http://www.discountmountainsoftware....v6.html?cmp=gp

But am not sure about it.

Branded OEM

Branded software will have a HP or Dell logo on the disc, but you can install it on any Windows based computer. It is the same as the regular OEM as far as packaging and functionality.

Taken directly from the linked site. (Click on "OEM" and scroll down a bit)

I believe this just means there's OEM branding on the OS. Usually in the system information panel, sometimes on the login screen... you can remove it though.

This one has been posted in the deals forum a few times. Looks legit but you can get it from NewEgg for a few dollars more if you are unsure of the seller. Picked up my last copy from NewEgg for $85 with a 15% coupon (coupons come via email subscription from time to time).
