I'm guessing you've tried going through retentions department and gave them an ultimatum of leaving unless they give you better plan/phone options?
To be honest, I have no complaints about my plan. It's actually pretty good for Rogers standards. It only took a month of talking with Retentions to get LOL. I took over someone's plan, since new customers get ZERO credits upon sign up.
250 Day time, My10 Canada Wide, Unlimited E/W @ 5p.m., Unlimited Messaging, Unlimited Incoming, 1000LD minutes, CID / VM value pack, Call forwarding, Detailed billing, forget what else. All for $28 a month taxes in.
Adding 1GB data will cost $20, already noted, 6GB will be $30 with no credits though.
Retentions has gotten very stingy these days, thanks to that Red Flag Deals Retention thread.
