hey very tempted to put my rig under water
as it is quite loud and folding 24/7 and 460 and 2600k can get quite hot in my room still safe temps atm though rather be a fair bit under and quite

so i was thinking of getting the RX360 kit and add a gpu block.

but will this Ek block fit onto my EVGA gtx 460 EE/ECS gts 450 ?
http://www.pccasegear.com/index.php?...ducts_id=18327

proably have a few more questions soon..

but 24/7 wcing pretty safe if done right yeh? :/

I have the same kit on order use this site to see comparability for your GPU block.

http://www.coolingconfigurator.com/

Great site you just put in your mobo and gpu and it brings up every block that fits.

I'm installing my first water loop on tuesday and let me just say, I could not be more excited, take the jump!

I've done countless hours of research man and if its done properly its almost fail safe.

The rasa kit is a great starting point, however I'm really not sure about your block compatibility. The only downside to the rasa kit is going to be the pump, so if you think you might add a rad down the line...

Cheers,
GA

You should get different fans if you want silence though, the stock ones are annoying.

The block should fit.

And yes it is safe lol, I ran a loop for 8 months, never had a problem. It would suck if the pump fails though.

I personally wouldn't bother water cooling the low end gfx cards...only if they are the new highest end ones. So if you get a new gtx 6xx series or amd 7xxx series then water cool that.

Yep, gotta have the thermal monitor enabled in the bios at all time lol.

You really can go with out changing the water for over a year if you just use distilled and kill coil.

I agree. Don't waste money for a block for a low end card. Save your money and put a block on a better card. Just my .02. And the RX360, is a pretty good kit too. Change out the tubing for some Primochill. And get a killcoil, or PT Nuke. Or just use fish aquarium algae stopper from Wal-Mart like I do. Use distilled water no matter which way you go. No dyes.

Oh. AND in my opinion, assemble it all in your computer and leak test it there. I don't how many times I see people that assemble it like on their counter, then disassemble it and put it in their case and reassemble it. Makes no sense. Only way to leak test out of the case is if you don't have to disassemble it to put it back in.

AND HAVE FUN!
